Hi Everyone,

WOW.. It's almost two months from my last post. I apologize for it, but this year is being busy and hectic for me regarding my personal life. We are back from our vacation in Cuba and let me say that we had a blast. We had so much fun with my family and friends that we (my husband and I) decided to go back by Christmas and New Year's Eve this year. I already got my tickets :)))

In addition, because I have kept myself focused on other sort of things during these last months I decided to take a break from the DT positions. I hope though to have more free time in the future to get back to those amazing teams. I will really miss those girls.

Talking about the teams ROP, B&W and ASFS here is my card for this week challenge of "A Spoon Full of Sugar" I'm using one of my new Hanglars. I love this little boy. It's not a traditional Christmas card but I think it could be nice for a 9 y.o. boy.

For my second card I'm using this cute little stamp from Gillian F Roberts. If you want to buy this stamp here's where I bought mine.

For my third card I'm using an old Hanglar stamp, which you all know is my #1 favorite company. Did you see the new Christmas collection for this year? They are beautiful!!! :))

And last but not least is this cute little girl from TGF. I bought all my TGF stamps, basic grey paper and also my Prima flowers at "Roses on Paper" store. Great selection, prices and AMAZING customer service!!! :))

I will soon post my pictures from my scrap room and also a few changes I made around the house :)) I received my cabinet a few weeks ago, but I still miss some drawers that I need to order soon...this story never ends.. LOL

I hope everyone had a great week. Remember this Friday 20th is the premiere of NEW MOON :))) I can't hardly wait to see Edward in action.... :)))

Hugs to all,

LIM

Vacation Alert!

Hi Ladies!

This is me again. I apologize with all you because I have post lately not much. The thing is that I have been involved in many things at once at personal level, and the result has been myself struggling to find some time to post. Anyways, I want to THANK all my friends for your emails and concerns. I'm doing fine. Indeed I feel super happy because tomorrow we will be taking our vacation in Cuba to spend two weeks with my relatives. Last time I visited my country was 14 years ago so I have so much to see and enjoy with my family.

I am also working the final details of my scrap-room. I expect the last piece of my cabinet to arrive by the mid of October and I will post some pictures when the cabinet arrives.

Last week I received my two ink pads holders and they are already mounted on the wall. I love them so much! Now I have room for even more ink pads and everything is organized. I bought the ink pad holders from Organize more, Here is the link.

I will post pictures when I'm back of my vacations.

Let me say that the owners Mike and Chrissy are super nice , so friendly and with a great customer service. I was impressed with the quality of the products. Check out their store because they have a lot of models and I believe they are having a sale, so you might even save a few bucks :)))

I hope everyone had a great summer and most importantly, have fun!!!

Hugs,

Hi Everyone,

I'm sorry that I do not have any card to show this week but this is how my scrap room looks right now. I decided to change the wall color and everything is a mess as you can see. I'm still waiting for my furniture and other little storage devices that I ordered on line, but as I promised as soon as they arrive I will show you pictures.

Please do not forget to check the ROP challenge blog tomorrow to play with us this week, and also on Tuesday "A Spoon Full of Sugar" challenge blog. Have fun!!!

I hope everybody is having a great summer :))

The first piece of my puzzle ... ARRIVED!!!!

Hi Everyone,

I hope you all are having a great beginning of week. Here the temperatures are still HOT, HOT... Well, as I mentioned in earlier posts, I'm in the process of re-designing my scrapping room, which is taking long...oh boy... This is the story that never ends... :((

I'm always looking for better solutions and ideas to storage everything, but I can't find anything that pleases me 100%. I tried with a few plastic containers, little boxes , ink storage from SU, drawers from Walmart and Ikea, etc... but feels like none of these solutions have been working for me.

Well, only thing I can say for now is that my beautiful new desk arrived last Saturday and my hubby and I put it together in some half an hour. Really easy to assemble and the best part is that this little piece of furniture is soooooo functional..At least for me... I love it!!! and I have 30 drawers just for me!!! Can you believe it??? :)))

Forgive me for not showing pictures now but I prefer to wait a few weeks until my cabinet and other pieces of furniture arrive, so I will be able to show you the whole picture. I promise to show the details of my storage solutions :))

In the afternoon we went out to the store looking for some stuff for my new desk and I happened to see a super cute lamp, which of course I had to own ;)... I love the color and it's a great accent accessory for my room. The best part though is that I can listen music from my iPods... I was also impressed with the decent quality of the incorporated speakers. You better have a look at the picture and judge by yourself ;)

And last but not least, I want to show you a card that I made to my husband a week ago. He loved it. The stamp is from Motivet, papers are from SU and rubbons are from Making Memories. I added some Martha Stewart clear glitter to give it a little bit of texture, liquid pearls and some Prima flowers. The heart punch is from SU.

Do you see anything cuter than this stamp?... It's called Doraline...Sorry I think is adorable.

A Spoon Full of Sugar - Floral..

Hi Everyone,

Well, here we have another week to play with " A Spoon Full of Sugar". This time you have to make a card using flowers, easy right? I used this beautiful Tilda from the summer collection.
I think this is my #1 favorite Magnolia Stamp so far, maybe because I live in Miami and here the weather allows you going to the beach most of the year :)) After I finished my card I realized that Tilda looks like being under a wave or something, sorry. That was not the idea. LOL.... :)) Opps, too late for regrets now, but I hope she can relax anyways. LOL :))

I hope you all are having a wonderful summer. Here temperatures remains quite high as well as the humidity, to the point that sometimes I think my brain is gonna fried. I bet my friend Rosette will say that this happens because I can't stop looking at Cullen all day long. LOL :)) Right Rosette?

Materials: All the highlited material are from the store "Roses on Papers"
Stamps: Magnolia ( Summer Collection), A Muse Artstamp and Aud Designs.
Papers: Basic Grey and Bazzill.
Inks: Distress re-inkers
Embellishments: Prima flowers, Martha Stewart butterfly punch, stiky mesh ,pearls, and a charm ( send it my friend Heidi, thank you sweetie :)

Take care and behave ;)
Hugs,
