Hi Ladies,Look what I did! I'm so excited because I'm in love with wrinkled ribbon and I found a cheap way to have all the colors that I want. I followed Tammy Tutterow's Tutorial and I love the result! The possibilities are endless and you can distress or dyed the ribbon with so many products like: Distress Ink, Tattered Angels Mist, Ex-Pearls, SU reinkers, etc... Your imagination is the limit!
I just dyed a few yards with different colors to see the effect but now that I loooove the result I will be playing with more combinations. I bought 2 HUG SNUG White spools of 100 yards each from this seller on eBay. The delivery was super fast and now you can see that from just white plain ribbon I have a lot of new colors. I wish you can see how sparkling they are because the pictures don't give them justice. In this occasion I used some of my Tattered Angels Mist.
I hope you all will try this technique, is so easy and fun... but if you prefer purchasing the ribbon already dyed, I highly recommend this store in Etsy. She has gorgeous colors and the customer service is A+

Wowzers..great job Lim! Your colors are awesome! I started doing my own book binding ribbon a few months ago and love how they turn out..the fact that you can customize the colors to perfectly match your papers..AWESOME! Love yours! hugs,T
