Hand Dyed Wrinkled Seam Ribbon...

Hi Ladies,

Look what I did! I'm so excited because I'm in love with wrinkled ribbon and I found a cheap way to have all the colors that I want. I followed Tammy Tutterow's Tutorial and I love the result! The possibilities are endless and you can distress or dyed the ribbon with so many products like: Distress Ink, Tattered Angels Mist, Ex-Pearls, SU reinkers, etc... Your imagination is the limit!

I just dyed a few yards with different colors to see the effect but now that I loooove the result I will be playing with more combinations. I bought 2 HUG SNUG White spools of 100 yards each from this seller on eBay. The delivery was super fast and now you can see that from just white plain ribbon I have a lot of new colors. I wish you can see how sparkling they are because the pictures don't give them justice. In this occasion I used some of my Tattered Angels Mist.

I hope you all will try this technique, is so easy and fun... but if you prefer purchasing the ribbon already dyed, I highly recommend this store in Etsy. She has gorgeous colors and the customer service is A+

For my second card I used an old Penny Black stamp which I love. The stamp name is: Bitty Bear Angel # 432J
Papers for both cards are from Cosmo Cricket and October Afternoon.

My first Vintage Cards...

Hi Everyone,

To be honest, I don't even know what I'm doing but yesterday I got the courage to make my first vintage cards. I'm a big fan of this style, although I must admit that it always intimidated me. (A LOT)

More Christmas cards....

Hi Ladies,

Sorry I'm blogging much lately but as you can see I have been busy doing some Christmas cards. I will take a vacation in a few weeks and I will not be able to make any cards or projects, that's why I'm trying to finish what I still have pending.

These are the latest cards that I made... For all the cards I used Cosmo Cricket and October Afternoon Paper. The coloring is made with Distress Inks from Tim Holtz and the beautiful ribbon is from Prairie Bird Boutique

Card#1 is my favorite so far, not only for the stamp but for all the glitter and the combination of colors. I hope you like it. The stamps that I used are from Magnolia and the sentiment is from SU. For the edge I used a small Stempelglede stamp.

Details of the glitter

Card#2
Stamps: Whimsie Doodles (Digital) and the sentiment is from SU.

Card# 3 - Stamp: Magnolia

Card# 4 - Stamps: CC Designs (Swiss Pixies Heidi with ornament) and SU sentiment.

Well, I will be back in a few days to show you more. I wish you all a great weekend.

New Stamps from Wild Rose Studio...

Hi Ladies,

Last week I received some new stamps and I could not wait to use them. Here are three cards with these super cute dragons from Wild Rose Studio. I got these stamps from "My Mums Craft Shop" . This was the first time I bought from this store and the experience was great. Delivery was fast and customer service nice. Another good finding was this cute store at Etsy "Prairie Bird Boutique". It has the most beautiful shabby wrinkled ribbons, and the owner is so nice and friendly.

I used almost the same material for all the cards.

Stamps: Wild Rose Studio
Papers: DCWV (The Black Currant Collection)
Inks: Distress Ink from Tim Holtz
Embellishment: Ribbon from Prairie Bird Boutique, Prima flowers, brads, charms, Crystal liquid from SU for the flowers, SU border and silver gems and stickles.

Card#1- Fergus with bouquet.

Card#1 Inside.

Card#1 Back. The stamp with my name is from "Bunny Zoe's Craft store"

Card# 2- Fergus with Poppy.

Card# 3- Fergus with Tulips.

Hope everyone is having a great time.
