Some Christmas cards...

Hi Everyone,

This is a short post to show you some Christmas cards that I have made lately, though I have to admit that they are far to get done. Do you have all your cards ready for the holidays?

For the first one I used this cute little girl from "Lilli of the Valley" and October Afternoon papers.

Detail Inside

For the second card I used this adorable digital penguin from Whimsie Doodles. This is one of my favorite digital companies because it has the most beautiful ocean animal, monkeys and bears. Check their site because you will not be disappointing.

I added some white liquid applique to the top of the cupcake so it can look real. I don't know if you notice in the picture but in real life it looks so cool. Again a lot of stickles, prima flowers, brads, eyelets, ribbon and a little red bell.

And for my third card I used this old but super cute Magnolia stamp. I just LOOOVE it! I think from the old ones this is my favorite stamp and also one of the first in my collection.

I hope you all liked it!

Hugs,
LIM :)

A Spoon Full of Sugar...and some other cards.

Hi Everyone,

I hope you all are having a great time. Today I want to show you a few cards. The first one is for my last day as DT for "A Spoon Full of Sugar". This is the BEST group EVER, but I decided taking a break because, as you noticed, I'm not blogging so often and it is not fair for them.
I will miss you girls!

In this occasion I used this super cute digital stamp from "Some Odd Girl" and October Afternoon paper which I love. A few Prima flowers and a lot of stickles. I colored my image with distress re-inkers.

Inside the cardNext one is a card that I made for sale by request. I included a free "Thank You" tag as a gift and the lady who bought this card loved the idea! The stamp used is from Lilli of the Valley. I added some crystal effect to provide some dimension and texture to the skirt. The papers are from Memory Box (Jubilee Collection). As for the tag, I used this cute bee from Hanglar.
