ROP Challenge and ASFS Challenge- Flati Sketch

Hi Everyone,

Finally I was able to show you two more cards. It has been so long since I made my last card... Sorry. I felt great making cards again and I have so many wonderful stamps waiting to be inked... I just need more time. :))

Now I'm taking classes with a personal trainer and it's working really good. No more depression.. :)) I get back home sooo tired that I don't even have time to think too much. Actually I'm having a really good time because the classes run everyday for an hour and after my session, I am getting used to taking like 1 extra hour to do cardio... Thank you for all your emails and concern about me. I really appreciated. Well, let's get back making cards now :))

My first card is for ROP Challenge This week you have to create a card using three colors: pink, yellow and green. Easy right?... (All highlighter items in both cards are from Roses on Paper store that by the way is having a great selection of the new Prima flowers. Check out the link to see the beautiful colors and details. I love them all!)

Materials for the first card.

Stamps: Magnolia from Pink Collection and the sentiment is from SU
Ink: Distress Ink
Papers: Martha Stewart Collection and Bazzill.
Embellishments: Prima flowers, buttons, stickles, ribbon, brads, gems, Martha Stewart punch for the butterflies.

My second card is for "A Spoon Full of Sugar Challenge". This week you have to follow this amazing sketch from Flati ( Sonja) . I love it!!!
Sorry that the picture is a bit dark but it was raining a lot today..well, actually all the month of May and it gets really dark at just 2:00pm... I will try another picture by tomorrow.

Materials for my second cards.
Stamps: Hanglar & Stamplar ( I think this is my favorite stamp from them so far. :))) I never get tired of using it. Sentiment was " A Muse Artstamp"
Papers: Bazzill and DCWV
Ink: Distress Re-inkers
Embellishments: Prima flowers, gems, buttons, stickles, Martha Stewart Punch.

Hugs,

LIM

How beautiful they both are! I love seeing the cards you create. What a treat it always is for me. I love the sweet image you used in the challenge and the butterflies around her are so light and airy. And that bumblebee is way to adorable! All the details are just perfect. So glad you're back with us and feeling better and stronger.

Hugs to you,

Susan

Hey Lim, good to see you back creating again. It seems like May is a sad month for both of us - we too had Mothers Day on the 10th, the 24th was my Mum's birthday and the 25th the anniversary of when she died (5 years ago) - this year it's really gotten me down. I'm glad the personal trainer is helping you and that you are feeling better in yourself. Love always Peta x
